TeraLink Ubuntu
Digital and communication agency, and software publisher
Name under which this site is published
Hosting and infrastructure
- Hosting: the site and its database are hosted with an infrastructure provider acting on our behalf, bound by a processing agreement.
The technical providers to whom we entrust the processing of personal data are bound by a written contract prohibiting any use other than the one we instruct. The list and role of each are set out in the privacy policy.
Personal data protection
TeraLink Ubuntu processes personal data in the course of running this site and its software. The details — what is collected, why, for how long, and how to take back control — are set out in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property in this site
The architecture of this site, its code, texts, photographs, videos, visual identity, illustrations and database are protected by copyright and database rights. They are the property of TeraLink Ubuntu, or of third parties who have licensed their use to it.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation or extraction, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes infringement. What is permitted without authorisation: short quotation with the source and the author’s name, and strictly private copying.
TeraLink Ubuntu, together with the names of the software we publish — TeraLearn, TeraFlow, TeraSchool and TeraPodcast, and those that will follow — are used as distinctive signs of the agency. The trademarks and logos of our clients and partners remain the property of their respective owners and appear here as references only.
The software we publish is not covered by this page: its regime is described in the software licence.
What you may do with this site
Reading, printing for your own use, sharing a link: none of this requires authorisation. The following uses, however, do require written authorisation.
- Systematic or bulk extraction of the site’s content, by any automated means.
- Reuse of our texts, visuals or service descriptions on another website, in a commercial document or in training material.
- Building a dataset and training, fine-tuning or evaluating an artificial-intelligence model from the content of this site. This reservation constitutes an express opt-out from any text and data mining for purposes other than scientific research.
The detailed conditions of use of the site — access, prohibited behaviour, liability — are set out in the terms of use.
Links and third-party content
This site contains links to sites we do not operate. We control neither their content nor their data practices: visiting them is your decision alone, and their own terms apply there.
The media library videos are served by YouTube in no-cookie mode, and are loaded only after you press play. No script from that platform is loaded before that action.
Linking to this site does not require authorisation, on two conditions: that the link opens the page in its own window, without framing it inside another site, and that it does not suggest an association or an agreement that does not exist.
Reporting content or an infringement
If content published on this site appears unlawful to you, infringes your rights, reproduces a work of which you are the author, or names you personally, write to us at the address given at the end of this page. State the exact address of the page, the nature of the grievance and, where applicable, the right on which you base your request.
We examine every report and reply. Where it is well-founded, we remove or correct the content; where it is not, we tell you why. We do not take content down on an unsubstantiated request alone: yielding to every claim would be another form of complacency.
If you discover a security vulnerability on this site or in one of our products, the procedure to follow — and the commitment we make in return — is set out in the software licence.
Accuracy and availability
The information published on this site is given in good faith and kept up to date with care. It may nonetheless contain errors or become outdated. A price estimate obtained online, an indicative duration or a worked example has no value as a binding offer: only a written, signed quote commits the agency.
The site may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or for a reason beyond our control. We work to keep such interruptions short, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation.
Governing law
This page is governed by Senegalese law. Any dispute relating to the site falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dakar, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
Contractual relationships are governed by separate documents: the general terms of sale for an engagement, the software licence for a product.
